Christopher Straface, M.A. LPC
CEO/Clinical Director
Sometimes beginning therapy can be overwhelming for clients already struggling with Trauma, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression. They might have fears that it won't help, that there's no way out, or that they will be judged.
I use a warm, caring, person centered, and a somewhat direct approach, in therapy to accommodate your unique situation and concerns while striving to work towards the goals you hope to achieve.
Using this approach, I strive to create a safe environment where you can share your experiences, connect with your therapist, and move toward help and healing.
