Your Child is Not A Pedophile: Myths and Facts Regarding Kids who Sexually Act Out

Problematic Sexual Behavior (PSB) in children can be confusing, at best, and terrifying, at worst, to both the child and care givers. Often social workers, DFPS workers, pediatricians, teachers and other child focused professionals will be confronted with this issue but have no idea what it is or how to help. This training is an introduction to PSB intervention in pre-teen children ages 12 and under.

Who Is This For? It will be helpful for anyone who works with children including parents, foster parents, caregivers, social workers, childcare workers, DFPS workers, pediatricians, school officials, teachers, attorneys, law enforcement, and early childcare providers. People attending this training will leave with concrete tools and strategies for PSBs in pre-teens that they can use immediately after leaving this training.
